Jakarta Ensures Availability of LPG Stock During Christmas-New Year Holiday

Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy (Nakertransgi) Agency ensures 3-kilogram LPG stock is safe on Christmas and New Year holiday.

Until December 2021, the availability of 3-kilogram LPG stock in Jakarta Province is still safe

Jakarta Nakertransgi Agency's Energy Division Head, Edward Napitupulu mentioned, 3-kilogram LPG stock is still available with total 12,795,333 cylinders until the end of December 2021.

"Until December 2021, the availability of 3-kilogram LPG stock in Jakarta Province is still safe," he asserted, Tuesday (12/21).

Jakarta Nakertransgi Holds Socialization on Electric Vehicle Ecosystem

Based on the results of random monitoring at agents and bases, 3-kilogram LPG price is still fairly stable.

He informed, the highest price of 3-kilogram LPG cylinder in LPG bases in five municipalities is Rp 16,000. In South Thousand Islands, the highest price is Rp 18,500; while Rp 19,500 in North Thousand Islands.

He stated that as many as 274 agents and 3,904 LPG bases throughout Jakarta are ready to supply 3-kilogram LPG to the public.

According to him, Jakarta Nakertransgi Agency had coordinated with Pertamina and private sector to anticipate scarcity of 3-kilogram LPG during Christmas and New Year holiday.

"Not only monitoring, we also continue to coordinate with Pertamina and Hiswana Migas to prepare quota in case of shortage and they guarantee the availability of quota to supply LPG," he said.
